Zegg Forum Experience and Facilitators’ Training:
Living Truth in Community
With Kelly Bryson MA, MFTDuring this weekend, we will explore and experience the basic issues involved in community implementation. We will practice different methods of creative communication with an emphasis on the Zegg Forum process.  This process work acts on the inner level to feel ourselves deeper and to learn to let the others see what is inside us and receive their feedback. In short: we raise inner awareness and create transparency.  It can be used for staff training, for resolving conflicts by making them more open and transparent. It can also be used to grow personally in the mirror of others. Forum creates a space to experience social communication in a more intimate atmosphere of trust. This Forum training will offer these experiences:
■    Exploring individual and group inner conflicts/situations
■    Empowering groups and individuals to find clarity, strength, and truth and the opportunity to give voice to this
■    Creating more trust and aliveness within the group and community
■    Making our motivations, feelings, longings, ideas, and emotions overt within the group context
■    Providing opportunities for participants to learn to facilitate Forum and receive instructive feedback
■    Developing the skills, intuition, and confidence to lead ForumWhen feelings are hidden, life energy will get stuck. Stuck energies breed fear and violence. We aim for a life where feelings and energies are flowing freely; a life where we don’t avoid conflicts, but look at them as opportunities to go deeper. We seek a social environment where we are supported to be present with whatever feeling is in us and to stay fluid with it. Will we be present with the pain that we feel, the anger or the joy, and then move on?  Forum can offer the fertile social “soil” for building community.
Forum participants experience the freedom and permission to be who they are and allow others to witness themselves. The Forum overcomes this difficulty. Forum creates greater mutual understanding through contacting the inner and outer journey. On this journey we will of course also meet our encapsulated pains in the shadow. If we stay present we will be able to feel the feelings involved and move on strengthened.
Forum helps you uncover your shadow and integrate unconscious thoughts and emotions, so you can become more healthy and whole. The process supports all involved to go beyond politeness and beyond the common games of hiding and disguise. A person connected with her or his inner truth, no matter how wounded, is always beautiful and the process will create love. “Seeing deeply is loving” is usually one experience of the Forum.Kelly Bryson, MA, MFT is the author of the best selling book, “Don’t Be Nice, Be Real – Balancing Passion for Self with Compassion for
