- Explore individual and group inner conflicts/situations;
- Empower groups and individuals to find clarity, strength, and truth and to give voice to this;
- Create more trust and aliveness within the group and community;
- Make our motivations, feelings, longings, ideas, and emotions overt within the group context;
- Provide opportunities for participants to learn to facilitate Forum and receive instructive feedback;
- Develop the skills, intuition, and confidence to lead Forum.
During this weekend, we will explore and experience the basic issues involved in community implementation. We will practice different methods of creative communication with an emphasis on the Zegg Forum process. Forum helps you uncover your shadow and integrate unconscious thoughts and emotions, so you can become more healthy and whole. The process supports all involved to go beyond politeness and beyond the common games of hiding and disguise. It can be used for staff training, for resolving conflicts by making them more open and transparent.
We aim for a life where feelings and energies are flowing freely; a life where we don’t avoid conflicts, but look at them as opportunities to go deeper. Forum creates a space to experience social communication in a more intimate atmosphere of trust. A person connected with her or his inner truth, no matter how wounded, is always beautiful and the process will create love. “Seeing deeply is loving” is a common experience of Zegg Forum.
To help create a richer context for our learning Kelly may also employ Tribal Technologies of all sorts like Nonviolent Communication, Next Culture, Biodanza, Transparency Technologies, New Culture, Sacred Matrix, Field Theory, Finding FRED (Frequency Resonation Energy Dynamics using group energy to support learning and growing consciousness).
