Who is Kelly Bryson?

Kelly Bryson  MA, MFT, is a  speaker/presenter, author
“Don’t be Nice, Be Real – Balancing Passion for Self with Compassion for
others”, and contributor to the book “The Marriage of Sex and Spirit” (With
Deepak Chopra,
Marianne Williamson, John Gray, John Bradshaw, Wayne Dyer, Thich Nhat Hanh,
Riane Eisler, Barbara Marx Hubbard), humorist, singer/edutainer,
poet, and mediator. He is also the Director of  The Center for Compassion,
a licensed therapist, and an authorized trainer for The international Center
for Nonviolent Communication(sm).  He has trained with John Bradshaw, Albert
Ellis, Rollo May, Virginia Satir, Ram Dass, Jerry Jampolsky, Jean Houston, and Dr. Marshall
Rosenberg.

Mr. Bryson has been counseling for 34 years. For the past 24
years he has been teaching Nonviolent Communication(sm) to thousands of people in

Groups and
Workshops

Groups:

We have weekly and biweekly groups in the Santa Cruz area which allows one to
embody Nonviolent Communication (sm) skills on a daily basis. For information

Workshops:

Each month we hold various workshops Locally and Nationally.  The
workshops and seminars are packaged as half, full day, and weekend intensives.
Our facility in Santa Cruz offers a safe and comfortable environment which establishes
rapport among the participants, thus facilitating the effectiveness of the
learning process.  We feel it important to tailor our workshops based on
